Description:
The Flow Testnet will undergo the Forte Network Upgrade, unlocking new composability and automation features for developers and AI agents. During this time, some testnet services on Alchemy may be temporarily unavailable.

Impact:
Testnet SendTransaction operations may be unavailable.
Public endpoints will remain available for reading chain data.
Mainnet services remain fully operational.
