This upgrade includes: - Osaka support - Simplified Flashblocks WebSocket format - A new multi-proof system enabling faster withdrawals and a path toward stronger decentralization - Support limited to Base Node (Reth) and Base Consensus clients only
Binary support will be restricted to just Base Node (Reth) and Base Consensus clients. Alchemy nodes will be migrated before activation.
