Scheduled - Polygon zkEVM will undergo its Migration update from Full Execution Proof (FEP) to Pessimistic Proof (PP) as part of our transition to the new proving system on Wednesday, 19 November 2025 starting at 09:00 AM UTC.

The maintenance window is expected to last approximately six hours, and some downtime may occur during this period.

Elevated 5xx errors with Smart Wallets API
Investigating - Our team is currently investigating elevated error rates affecting the Smart Wallets API. Current telemetry indicates that the issue is correlated with a global incident impacting Cloudflare ((https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/)) and several upstream service providers. We are closely monitoring the situation, coordinating with upstream partners, and will provide further updates as new information becomes available.

Starknet degraded performance
Resolved - Degraded performance was caused by an internal attempt to enable HTTPS on Starknet nodes, which interfered with our WebSocket service, as well as a simultaneous misconfiguration that routed traffic through an unintended endpoint, introducing latency and intermittent 400-level parsing errors. Both issues were identified and fully resolved within 30 minutes.
